Thank you for your interest in being a part of the SCORCHED Discipleship Program at First Assembly of God. The cost of SCORCHED is $300.00, which is due no later than June 15th. Please complete and submit this application along with a current photo as soon as possible so that we can set up an interview to discuss your application. You must be 13 years old to fill out an application. You must be 15 years old to go on the AIM Trip. If you are 13 or 14, the cost is 50 dollars.
