QUALIFICATIONS FOR YOUTH WORKERS
Christians who are in places of responsibility in the church are required to be examples in faith, conduct, and business affairs. To maintain a high standard for workers is one of the best ways to present Christ to the people of our community. Therefore, the following guidelines will be required of any person who works in the Youth Ministry at First Assembly of God.
1. Must have attended the church for ninety days.
2. Be able to make a minimum six-month commitment.
3. Be loyal to the Pastor, Staff and Leaders of First Assembly of God.
4. Be faithful to your assignment. (Cafe, Sponsor, Van Driver, Etc.)
5. Live a separated Christian life.
6. Attend all volunteer’s meetings.
7. Be faithful to regular church services.
8. Give at least 24 hours notice if you will be absent from the meeting.
9. Arrive at the youth service at least thirty minutes prior to starting time.
10. Be neat in your appearance.
11. Home life must be in order.
12. Give thirty days notice when resigning your position.
